- Developed a web tracking portal for on-ground Sales Managers (SAMs), automating daily activity logging, monthly target tracking, and report generation, resulting in annual cost savings of INR 12 Lakhs and improved performance evaluation. 20+ SAMs across 10 cities.
- Developed a web portal to streamline the marketing efforts of Campus Ambassadors (CAs), potentially enabling annual loan disbursals of ₹10 Crore per annum.
- Launched a national INR 50,000 monthly scholarship program collaborating with cross-functional teams for financially disadvantaged college students; designed and developed a user-friendly web portal for scholarship applications in engineering, medical, and management fields.

- Overview: Conducted a literature review of 40+ papers and curated data to analyze non-potable water in concrete production, contributing to SDG No. 6: Clean Water and Sanitation.

- Key Metrics: For each startup, I documented their Total Addressable Market (TAM), Serviceable Available Market (SAM), business model, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and funding stages to assess viability and investment potential.
- Financial Analysis: Evaluated gross margins, revenue growth rates, and unit economics to understand scalability and profitability.

Activity Recognition using Computer Vision | B.Tech Project
Guide - Prof Ventaka Delhi.
- Overview: Developed a computer vision model using deep learning to detect and classify masonry tasks (e.g., cutting, leveling, bricklaying) from video footage, with the aim of evaluating worker productivity.
- Methodology:
- Collected and labeled a dataset of 120 YouTube videos into key masonry activities.
- Applied the MobileNetV2 architecture and 3 other pre-trained models for transfer learning, leveraging TensorFlow and OpenCV for video processing and modeling.
- Managed model training with techniques like Early Stopping and train-test split to ensure robust performance.
- Key Findings: Achieved a 45% accuracy in classifying masonry tasks, highlighting the potential of computer vision in improving construction management. Recommendations for improving the model include increasing dataset size, adjusting frame extraction rates, and enhancing image resolution.
Predicting Thermal Comfort in Construction Using UTCI | B.Tech Project
Guide - Prof Ventaka Delhi. Utilized the Universal Thermal Climate Index (UTCI) and Rhino software to model and predict thermal comfort variations in Mumbai
- Overview: Modeled and predicted thermal comfort for construction workers in Mumbai using a year's worth of weather data and the UTCI, calculated through Rhino and Ladybug plugins.
- Methodology: Utilized ML models such as Facebook Prophet, Exponential Smoothing, and RNN for precise future weather predictions.
- Key Findings: Developed a guideline for construction professionals, advising when to use the PMV or UTCI models. Demonstrated the effectiveness of Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN) in predicting thermal indices, offering practical applications for construction project management.

IDEAS is IIT Bombay’s Pre-incubation Program. Received equity free grant of INR 2.5 Lakhs to work on the idea. 11/41 teams who were selected to go from Level 1 to Level 2.
Sandbox Technovation 2.0 | INR 100K
A program by Maker Bhavan foundation headquatered in Palo Alto. Received INR 100k grant to work on the Skillbot idea after 3 rounds of evaluation by the organizers and professors.

RISE 2023 Program: Rural Immersion in Jhabua, MP
- Program Overview: Was selected for the RISE 2023 program run by the CTARA department at IIT Bombay, where I spent two weeks in rural villages of Jhabua, Madhya Pradesh in December 2023, understanding local challenges.
- Startup Idea: Developed TeacherSupport, a platform linking students in rural areas with mentors to provide personalized career guidance through an app, addressing the lack of access to career advice and guidance in rural regions.
- Key Activities:
- Lived in a village, interacted with over 50 students, and identified the critical need for career guidance after class 10.
- Presented the idea in school assemblies and reached out to students through WhatsApp video support, establishing proof of concept.
